Let retirement begin!! August 17th Squirrel, Marlin, Marylou, and Don are getting in the car and driving across the country!! There are no set plans. Just driving and exploring the great USA!

Sequoia
The "General Sherman Tree" is the largest in the world. We are also standing in front of the "Grant" which is the second largest.
I'm glad you got to see the General Sherman. When Jimmy and I visited there in Feb 2009 that is as high as they would allow us to drive and we had to rent chains for our rental vehicle to get up that far. How about the ride up, pretty scary huh?
